Bill is a twenty year veteran in the ad valorem property tax business. An accounting graduate from Texas Wesleyan University, Bill served in the capacity of controller with several Dallas, Texas area companies before entering the property tax field. His background includes employment with national property tax consulting firms and with the big 4 accounting firm Ernst & Young.
